When I got this product it never worked. The place where u would put the battery was loose, so when I moved, the thing would stop working. Even when I remained still, it would stop working because of the movement it created just from itself & then I would have to open it & push the battery back in again.

The actual belt is extremely small. Unless the person wearing the belt has an extremely small frame the actual belt won't cover enough of the body to have an true impact. The actual unit attached to the belt is also extremely small and flimsy.

This was given to me as a gift. It worked for a little while but took me a long time to figure out how to get it to stay working for more than a few seconds. Finally, it stopped working all together. Not recommended.

I used this product for a couple of weeks and it only worked well on my arms so I would not expect a miracle

I brought this to use on the days I don't go to the gym. But if your buying it just to be lazy and not really work out, don't get it. Its very small

I find that this is a good item to use, if used correctly- and regularly. IT IS IMPERATIVE that you read the instructions before use!

I bought this for my husband who wants the body builder body without the work :P. I have used it a few times myself. On the small muscle groups (bis, tris, quads, etc.) the contractions can be intense and you definately feel like you have had an extremely intense workout for a couple of days. On the abs, I'm not as impressed but maybe it needs more time. I am disappointed that it only has 10 intensity levels. On my thighs I can turn it all the way up and maintain a comfortable workout. On the calves it can be a little too intense but I am making my way up.
The blunt truth of the matter is that you get what you pay for and since I obtained this for under $15 including shipping I can complain too much.
I would recommend this for beginners and suggest using it on the smaller muscle groups.

Be careful. According to the FDA.GOV site, only FDA certified electromuscular stimulation devices are sold legally in the US. They have rec'd reports of uncertified (ILLEGAL) products causing burns and other types of damage. search on EMS on the FDA site. There is only one (I won't name it so this is unbiased) belt certified at this time by the FDA, and it's NOT THIS ONE.

After giving birth my body was not looking fit for summer but after using this product for 5 weeks I look great in my bikini.

This is very inexpensive, and for the price, it is good. My only recommendation would be to use AAA batteries.
