I was disappointed in this book because there was so much theory and not enough examples. I found the ABAP design patterns to be much, much more useful. If you want to read something like a Ph.D. thesis on object oriented programming and ABAP, then get this book. If you are a programmer who has to develop applications, get the design patterns book.Design Patterns in Object-oriented ABAP
