Academy and Tony Award winning actress Patricia Neal was raised in Knoxville and had made it to Broadway by the age of twenty. Her star continued to rise as she began a film career in Hollywood. Later however came terrible struggles against a crippling stroke, the loss of a child and divorce from British writer Roald Dahl. Through it all, she kept her spirt, wit and humor.
