High-Yield Learning for Therapists-to-be
I am a psychiatrist in a teaching hospital. I have used this DVD repeatedly to show psychiatric residents how to do exposure therapy. Sure, there is more to it than is shown in the DVD, but it gets the basic idea across in a limited amount of time. It is difficult for therapists to watch their patients/clients in distress. ONLY 16 MINUTES !!
This DVD total run time is only 16 minutes!. It talks about an approach for curing panic disorder called intesive exposure therapy. Search about this subject on google I think you will find more information. You don't need to buy this DVD!!

I am a psychiatrist in a teaching hospital. I have used this DVD repeatedly to show psychiatric residents how to do exposure therapy. Sure, there is more to it than is shown in the DVD, but it gets the basic idea across in a limited amount of time. It is difficult for therapists to watch their patients/clients in distress. I like the fact that this DVD shows how the long-term benefits can make the discomfort very worth it for both client and therapist alike.
