Outstanding collaborative effort!,

What could be better than Chumbawamba remixed by Negativland? It's simply astounding! The tone, music, and ideas of Chumbawamba, mixed up with the technical expertise, insight, and humor of Negativland--two of the best bands around on one CD, and at the right price. You won't be dissappointed.

Wild Ride,

This CD is a wild ride through sound and pushes the boundaries of music as we know it. You might love, or hate this CD depending on your liking for experimental music, but it will at least give you a giggle if you dont like it that much. The band Negativeland did that Kasey Kasem/U2 thing that was an underground hit for a short time.

I love Chumbawamba but this disk is just a lot of samples crammed together to make a terrible noise. No dark humor or political commentary-just bad noise.

The ABC's of Anarchism and its songs,

the sessions to The ABC's of Anarchism are probably the only type of music that is quite hard to find and either hated or loved. The album itself contains a load of multiple excerpts from different media all placed and re-arranged to prove a point about freaked-out greedy music haters who want people to stop listening to music. The ABC's of Anarchism beats the crap out of the racists of music by providing the public a unique different perspective on appreciating music. The ABC's of Anarchism is only recommended for those whose ears are huge fans of the "music withing music" types. in other words, the album is recommended to those music fans who are open minded about all sorts of music genres.

The Music on this CD is hard to follow with the mixing and the leerics. Tubthumping, Shh, WYSIWYG, and Anarchy are much better

This is, along with the Bomb 20 record, probablly a great attack on politics of copyrights. It's only a shame that Chumbawamba didn't accept some of the musics on the Anti-chumba EP 7" that was also anti copyright...maybe their proposites mean to be hypocrital, but i love them...But this a great record. A record that i probably won't listen that much but that i like to own.
