I'll admit that I was skeptical about my newborn daughter enjoying this book. However, as soon as I opened the first page she screamed with delight and reached for the images as if they were her new best friends.
I designed this book to last throughout my daughter's childhood. For her newborn months, I created the simple, black and white imagery that I thought babies would love. The letters of the alphabet are large enough that when she gets older, the book will become a tool for learning the alphabet. Each page obviously showcases a different word and definition, which will help increase her vocabulary. I personally can't wait for her to start asking me "why?" I made sure to include two questions on each page that I can ask her, to help me understand her thoughts about the world, and to relate the word or concept on the page to real life.
I hope you, your child, your children, your nephews, your nieces, your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors, your friends and your enemies all love this book!

We bought this book for our 15 month old son. He loves it. The colors are perfect for a small child but it's also an amazing book for adults.
