The Junior Tripod offers protection from the sun for 1 or 2 people.

Once open, the shelter provides just enough cover to keep you in constant shade without hemming you in with breeze-killing walls. And the shelter will stay secure on blustery days thanks to the staking system and outside pockets, which fill with sand for added stability. Also available in a larger Tripod size, the Junior Tripod measures 8 by 6.5 by 8 feet (W x H x D) and weighs less than 10 pounds.

About ABO Gear
Short for Australian Beach Outdoor, ABO Gear opened in 1995 with a mission of making outdoor life more comfortable. We purchased this tent for the beach. Unfortunately it was not sturdy enough to withstand the windy conditons near the water and therefore we were unable to use it. We were very disappointed. It was a total waste of money.

i ordered this item and immediatlty requested to know if it was in stock or back order like every other site out there. even thoguht amazon claimed it was in stock and would ship in a few days. after i placed the order the ship date changed dramatically. and it was too late.I tried to contact the vendor for status and no one responded. i tried to cancel my order several times and was not allowed as it was not direct from amazon. i was told i needed the vendor to cancel it.i tried over and over, no one responded, no one confirmed the order...i do not trust this vendor and would never order again. to this day i have not heard back. i took a chance and ordered from someone who i checked with to make sure it was in stock after 2 weeks of not hearing back from anyone and it was sent out the same day. do not order from them. i like the item once i received from someone is stock.
