I'm a stay at home with a very active toddler. I was able to take her to the beach and set this up by myself in the 5 seconds before she would take off down the beach. It's light and easy to carry/store. The fact that it has an open bottom means my toddler can play in the sand and be protected from the sun. We've also taken it on vacation with us and it has traveled well.
