I purchased this game with the sole intention to load the songs into RB2 using the code on the back of the booklet. This code can only be used once, so I was sure to order a new copy, not a used one. The seller, Worldwide Distributors via Amazon, sent me the game, which appeared new, with plastic wrap and a clean disc, but the code...the code did not work.

I contacted the seller, explaining the situation, and requested either a new game, or a refund. They said suck it - not our problem - contact the manufacturer.

So did they send me a re-packaged game as new? You be the judge.

I will say that EA customer service was terrific. They indicated the code should have worked, and there is no such thing as an "expired" code as the shady seller would have had me believe. EA gave me a new code, and $20 off at the EA store for my trouble. EA rocks.

Hey Worldwide Distributors - suck it.

As long as you like AC/DC and Rock Band, then this is a great marriage of Rock music and video games. Do not be alarmed that there are not as many options as there are in Rock Band 1/2. This is a TRACK PACK companion. The sound quality of the music sounds pretty decent over a standard Dolby set up. The original concert was in 1991, but the sound equalizer that was used at Harmonix to establish the chords and power chords do work. A shame that Brian Johnson or Angus Young couldn't 'jump out' ala Guitar Hero to perform, but hey, they're busy touring off their Black Ice album. So download the tracks through your PS3 Network and give back to society (Game Stop or CD Exchange)! "For those about to rock, we salute you!"

I am a huge fan of both AC/DC and Rockband so this seemed like a no brainer. Considering that each download on PSN for rockband is around $1.99, 11 songs for $5.00 is an absolute steal. I did take off a star for the fact that it is the LIVE version and some songs especially Back in Black are hindered by the live preformance. In closing if your looking to upgrade your Rock bank library (even if you simply "kind of like" the band) 11 songs will easily update to RB3 or RB2 smoothly. At $5.00 give this a try!

I love this track pack. Sure, it is a little pricey at sticker price, but then again, it IS AC/DC! We have been waiting for our Aussie / Scots friends to hit the music game scene for a while. Great songs, same as the LIVE CD. Fun to play, Fun to finally have some AC/DC to play along with.

My husband and I are big fans of Rock Band, and casual fans of AC/DC. Be aware that this game contains all live versions of the songs. This is cool in some regards, but be prepared to play some 7-9 minute songs. My husband plays the guitar in Rock Band and I play the drums. We both usually play on expert, with maybe 10-15% of all Rock Band songs being out of our reach, which we then play on hard. The AC/DC format has one long setlist that you are required to unlock one song at a time in tour format. This means if you get stuck on one song, you cannot proceed further (unless you are able to play on an easier level). The very first song my husband failed on expert. He had to play on hard for most of the game. The guitar parts are very challenging. The drum parts, however, are fairly easy. I completed all the songs on expert the first time through. The songs that I considered difficult were only so because they were so fast. Overall, I like this game. I love Rock Band and I like AC/DC, though, so that's not a hard grade to get from me.

If you have any intention of playing these AC/DC songs in Rock Band, don't buy this game used. Here's why.

If you want to import the tracks into Rock Band, you need to go online, enter in a code on the back of the included booklet. That code can be used only once, and it's not uncommon for some less scrupulous individuals to buy the game, use the code, then sell it back to recoup a good deal of the purchase price, and voila! They got the AC/DC songs on the cheap and someone else gets screwed. Dirty deeds done dirt cheap, eh?

So, if you want to import these songs into Rock Band, you need a fresh copy to make sure that the code is still valid, otherwise, you're SOL.

And that brings up a point - if you want these AC/DC songs - and who doesn't get all twitchy at the thought of rocking out to Thunderstruck - why on earth do you need to purchase this disk, enter in a code to get another code, and then download the entire contents of the disk down from the internet, just to get these songs? Why not just put them in the Rock Band Store? Why not make it so you can grab the songs off the disk instead of having to download a huge file from the internet, a file you already have on local media?

Angus would not approve.

This is one of my favorite addon packs for Rockband and I am not a huge AC/Dc Fan. The songs are just fun.

I Love ACDC and was able to punch in the code and download the game to my PS3! Great Track Pack for anyone who loves ACDC

...but unfortunately I discovered live music isn't as much fun to play on Rock Band as studio recorded tracks. If you are a die hard AC/DC fan, I would recommend purchasing this track pack. For the low price I paid (>$6.00), it is DEFINITELY worth getting.
