This is a scam check the web sites if you dont' believe me., January 15, 2012
This review is from: AC-Energy Saver 220V UL Approved with Surge Protection (Electronics)
Power factor devices only work in say an Industrial setting not a house. A home just does not have enough inductive loads to make use of it.
It's over priced to for what it does. Look in one.

Power Factor Correction Devices DON'T save energy, November 29, 2011
This review is from: AC-Energy Saver 220V UL Approved with Surge Protection (Electronics)
Correcting the power factor of the electricity going into your home has absolutely no effect on the amount of energy your appliances use. Don't be duped into buying what is simply a surge protector and nothing more.
