Product Description

ACCU-RISER MOLDED CHEEK REST MADE IN USA Ambidextrous cheek rest incorporates two interchangeable rubber cheek pads, one 5/8" and 1" which can be switched to better fit your line of sight. A proper cheek weld reduces felt recoil and aligns your optic sight. This will greatly improve comfort and accuracy on your rifle or shotgun. The hard nylon base can be mounted temporarily with supplied 3M double sided tape and held fast with or without a supplied Velcro cinch strap, or unit can be permanently mounted with two screws which are then covered with the pad for a clean secure mount. Fits most factory rifles and shotguns with classic style stock without cheek pads. Does not fit Hogue overmolded stock or Monte Carlo If you think your stock is wide then it will not fit. Please keep in mind the bolt travel and removal of bolt action rifles when mounting a cheek pad. In this model, cheek pad may be removed from base for bolt removal. No need to remove entire unit. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: ~ Position the ACCUR-RISER cheek rest on your weapon. ~ Bolt action, check that the bolt can be cycled and removed for cleaning before mounting to stock. ~ Check fit to stock (underside of base can be trimmed for wider stocks). ~ If mounting temporarily, cut a 1" length of 3M tape and use the velcro cinch strap. ~ If mounting permanent, use the 3" of 3M tape and use the velcro cinch strap. ~ Permanent without strap, drill two 5/16" holes and fasten with two #6 screws provided with kit. ~ 5/8" or 1" cheek pads press onto base easily by pressing down from front to back. ~ Remove pads from base by prying with a dull kitchen knife. ACCU-RISER MOLDED CHEEK REST Comes with: Two interchangeable pads 5/8" & 1" 3" of double sided 3M tape 2- #6 screws to mount permanently Mounting instructions MADE IN USA

This is the best riser that I have ever bought. It was very easy to install and looked great on my Springfield M1A Squad Quad. I just got it today and it took less than 2 minutes to install and BAM! I am ready to go to the shooting range.

Seems to be decent quality, I wish the attachment system was a little better, but there are several options, and obviously several heights to choose from... I still modified mine slightly to fit an ATI Monte Carlo stock for a Mosin Nagant M91/30... but with the highest riser, a Brass Stacker scope mount, it puts my eye relief just about perfect. Good product.

I used this on an old Rem. 870 with a rifled cantilever-mount slug barrel and scope (Ohio only allows shotgun for deer) to improve the cheek weld. You may attach it with the included velcro strap, the included double sided tape, or the two included stainless steel screws. (Note: I recommend predrilling the holes for accurate alignment)

This riser comes with two pads, I had to use the taller one for the 870. You can not combine the pads for extra height, they can only be used individually. It's a utilitarian product, just plastic and rubber. It won't win any beauty pageants, but for my 20yo well-used shotgun, it is fairly priced and perfectly functional. The plastic is thick and well ribbed for strength. I have no worries about it breaking.

The pad inserts are fairly stiff rubber, but after firing a couple of boxes of 3" 12gauge slugs I felt no discomfort in my cheek, so apparently the "give" in the pads is fine even if they feel a bit hard. I did manage to tighten up my groups a bit, which I attribute to better consistency. The gun mounts much better and my eye aligns very well with the scope.

Attached with screws it is solid, allowing for a nearly perfect sight picture on the factory wooden 870 stock with a Remington cantilever slug barrel and a 32mm scope. It slips a bit with the velcro strap on the 870 stock, so I went with screws as the wood on this gun is a bit beat up anyway from years of hunting. I can easily remove this riser and cover the holes with a shell holder sleeve when I switch the barrel to a choked shot tube for small game or birds..

I wouldn't put this on a "pretty" rifle, but for a field gun it is just the thing if you need a riser. Good product.

This is kind of a gimmick, it doesn't give you a very comfortable cheek rest, and does not fit properly on ANY of my rifle stocks.
I tried to fit it on my R-700 w/ HS precision (NO), on my R-700 w/ Bell & Carlson (NO), on my Savage-10 (NO). Finally I jam fitted it on my Savage mark-II 22LR rifle, and it is NOT comfortable, the cheek weld is like a rubber blade that digs into your face.

It is very expensive for what you get and if you do decide to get it, do not be surprised if it doesn't properly fit your rifle stock.

I have tried several different types of riser cheek rests. This one was by far the best one I tried. I like that it is not bulky on the stock and has adjustable heights I will be buying more of these.,

Works just fine, easy installation wether you want to use the velcro or the screws....4 stars bc of the price. A bit expensive for what it is but then again there's really not many options. I guess I could've ducked tape a pair of socks to the stock instead.....

The unit fit my M1A with only minor adjustments already described in the instructions. The two different sized pads supplied were a snap to replace and should meet all situations. Looks great on my gun, feels very good while shooting. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered the cheek rest for my 300 win. mag. It is a great cheek rest. Just the right height for my Millet 5-25x56 wich is very tall even with low rings.
