I replaced the headlight switch in my 1994 Sierra K1500 with this part. The application chart was right on and this turned out to be an exact and direct fit replacement. There are 4 screws that hold on the large face plate mine took a torx T-20 for these screws. Also there are 4 very small phillips screws that hold the switch and the housing that goes into the large face plate, be careful with these because they are so small. A good magnet may help. I recommend if it fits your year G M or Chevrolet truck, van or SUV.
