I bought this mainly for my injuries playing rugby. I got sick of taping ice to my leg all the time. This ice pack is amazing. You just put it in the freezer for like 30 mins and then its ready to use. It's reusable and is really bendable so you can use it for just about anything. I use it all the time, it works great if your neck is sore because it bends perfectly to fit. I would definatly recommend this product if you are looking for a reusable ice pack.

This is the softest cold compress so it does not cause discomfort when placed on the injury, and no overwrap is necessary. I would definitely recommend this product.
