so i had sprained my foot and i need a wrap for it so i went to the brand i know and trusted. sadly they had replaced the old fabric ones with a self adhesive one.after a few days of working 8-10 hours and being on my feet the entire time the bandage stretched out about 7 inches on each side. i still have to have my foot wrapped so i'm still using it but i gotta tuck it in to keep it from moving around in my shoe. 4 stars for value of item ($5.52) other wise it should have gotten 3 because it wore out to quick

I'm a little klutzy. Wait, let me tell you that I've been to the ER probably 10 times (broken bones, burns, freak accident). So I was adept at using the old Ace bandages. These new bandages are often too tight and cut off circulation. The self-adhesive feature wears off quickly, preventing more than one use. If the bandage is too tight and you want to rewrap, the self-adhesive is unlikely to hold. These bandages stretch and fall off, worse than the old Ace product that usually stayed put once you fastened it down. Also these let less air in so your skin sweats, gets stinky and itchy. Skin needs to breath and cannot do that if it is in elastic. Wish I could still buy the old ones, even if off-brand.

This is a good product and it suits my needs. I do wish that the adhesive functionality works longer. That functionality was effectively non-existent after the first day...
