WHEN I ORDERED THIS THERE WERE NO REVIEWS TO ASSESS THE PRODUCT. WHEN THE ORDER SHIPPED, SOMEONE POSTED THAT THE CANOPY WAS NOT WATERPROOF. I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO READ THAT BUT IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL THE ORDER. HOWEVER, WHEN I RECEIVED IT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE OVERALL LOOK. THE QUALITY IS WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE BUT THE TRUE TEST WAS THAT MY CANOPY WAS, IN FACT, WATERPROOF. I WAS CAUGHT IN THE RAIN UNDER IT AND IT HELD UP BEAUTIFULLY.

I just put this Gazebo up yesterday and today it's poured rain all day. Of course, the rain filters in through the mosquito netting if it comes down on an angle, but I am happy to report the the center is bone dry. Turns out that the canopy is in fact water proof. My only complaint is that the instructions for the mosquito netting are vague, so I just hung it on the inside, but now it looks to me that it should go on the outside of the poles and under the long corner flaps. That would make it tight and help to hold it square on windy days. Over all I am very pleased.

This product is very poorly constructed. It has plastic joints and very weak poles. I would HIGHLY recommend you don't waste your money or time with this product if you live somewhere with any chance of a very slight wind.
