I like to understand why I do things, and this book certainly answered my questions. Every time I take ACLS I memorize the algorhythms, and a week later I start to forget! This book gives background information that explains and cements the guidelines. Recently I started teaching ACLS. Students ask a lot of questions, and that's why I picked up this book. It helped me discuss questions in a much more meaningful way. The only reason I give it four stars is because I thought it could have been a little richer - it is incredibly easy, but mostly that's good!

It is funny how some people act insulted because the "Incredibly Easy" series books have "cartoons" in them; but, I think this is a wonderful book that explains things very very well. Getting a thorough grasp of learning critical concepts is very important when you are dealing with human lives! Who cares about the cartoons, besides the cartoons have "get to the point" information reminders. Every time I opened and studied from this book, I feel like a hero because I learn something every time. This book is hard for me to close because I find it so interesting, and fascinating to learn this stuff. I would highly recommend this book to anyone taking ACLS for the first time, or to review.

The books in this series are indeed very easy to understand. Tips and highlights presented throughout. Makes it almost fun to review!

If you have trouble understanding ACLS as I did at first this book breaks it down to help you understand it. By the time I got done reading this book I was able to understand the algorythms and why you do certain things at certain times. I would definatly recomend this book to anyone having trouble with ACLS

I took the ACLS exam and this book even though was simplified it did not help as it was not updated with the current AHA guidelines. I ended up having to get the AHA book at the last minute and an online program that helped me a lot.

Perfect shape. Good price. Quick Shipping. Has all the information that I needed. Was written in organized form. Highlighted important facts. Passed ACLS with flying colors.

I passed...I guess that says most of it! The book was very helpful with explanations, which was very helpful if I wasn't as familiar with a particular area.

I haven't gotten very far in the book, but so far it is very easy to understand and because it's so easy takes away the nerveousness!

This book didn't help me at all. It has way too much information that didn't keep me interested and eager to learn. A much better choice will be tha AHA book which changed this year and the 2 day ACLS class offered by the hospital I work at. Needless to say the test is nerve wracking but I passed.

good book but a little too indepth or too much info. I'm a seasoned RN and it was not exactly "made easy" but was very helpful
