I've had this stool for about 4 years, and it still looks as good as when I bought it. Fully cushioned, comfortable as far as stools go, and sturdy. It's nice-looking, too; I use it as a stand in the living room when it's not being used for seating. Put a flat piece of decorative wood on it and you have a plant stand, a "next-to-recliner" stand, whatever. Live in a townhome, don't have acres of room in here.

We ordered three of these for our kitchen bar. They were easily assembled (although the screws left my fingers black and greasy), and they've held up well.

This stool is well made and looks good. However, as a desk stool its too high. The cushion raises the total highth to 26 inches and barely slides under a computer desk. Also, it offers little upper leg clearance while sitting at a computer desk.
