Action's MP3-CD-compatible ACN-1100 is a perfectly compact and affordable CD player for home or travel. Playback options include a generous 64-track programming, 120-second anti-skip protection during MP3 playback (40 seconds for audio CDs), and a bass-boost circuit for enhancing your music's low frequencies. MP3 compatibility extends to discs with 128 directories and up to 448 files with bit rates ranging from 32 kbps to near-CD-quality 320 kbps. An auxiliary output lets you hook the player up with your home system through a stereo "Y" interconnect (supplied).
The unit's single-line LCD shows track number and track time. A hold switch prevents unintended interruptions in playback and saves batteries by negating playback when the player is stopped. Included for your listening pleasure are stereo headphones and a battery-saving 4.5-volt AC-DC adapter.
The player runs for six to eight hours on two AA batteries (also supplied). Should you wish to use the unit with rechargeable batteries (not included), you'll be pleased to know the player has built-in charging capabilities to accommodate them.

this player is pretty good for the price! but it wont tell you what song you are listening to! (no id3 tag!go get memorexes cdmp3 player in stead!
