Internal GPS makes this the most convenient and safest EPIRB ever. Transmits on 406MHZ and 121.5 simultaneously transmitting your vessel I.D. and GPS coordinates. Built in strobe for increased visibility in poor conditions. Automatically deploys when boat sinks around 13 ft below the waters surface, or can me manually activated. Operates for 48 hours at -40 degrees F, longer at warmer temperatures. 5 year warranty. Useful battery life is 11 years, with replacement every 5 years. Measures 17.5''x6.25''x5.5'' in included bracket.
