This ACSM study kit is jammed with information. There is not a page in the main book of more than 600 pages that does not contain valueable information. This edition has been re-released to take out all repeated information so it's important you take your time and learn the information as you cover each section or you will not understand what's going. I wish ACSM had a 8 & 12 week study planner like ACE to help you breakdown an appropriate amount of material per week. Since they don't its up to you to first browse through the book and then sit down and decide how much time you have each day to put into your studies. Many are the fitness certifications that you can scan the night before and still pass the exam with flying colors but unless you have a strong fitness background this will NOT be one of those exams. You MUST study for the ACSM. I love the Certification Review guide and I plan to begin with that first before proceeding to the text just to test my general knowledge and I'll go through the exam questions again before testing for the ACSM exam.
Please keep in mind the exam $249 and if you are like me and literally can't afford to fail, get your mind prepared to put in at least 1 hour of study time 5-7 days per week because to retest is an additional $150 or so. Best wishes, Wasiah

The kit supposed to contain 3 books. I received only one book. I returned item.
