As a dentist, I recommend this fluoride rinse for anyone who is cavity prone, and especially kids! If you are not cavity-prone then it is probably a waste of money, although it is still a good product to freshen your breath, as good as any other mouthwash product.

The concentration of fluoride is relatively low at .02%. If you have a real cavity problem, there are better more-concentrated prescription products such as Gel-Cam.

In these days when so many people drink carbonated beverages such as soda pop, topical fluoride rinses really help to remineralize the enamel damaged by the acids of soda pop. If you drink a lot of pop, then use this product - it may just help save your teeth!

There are many fluoride products available for oral care, but none of them are anywhere near as effective as ACT!

ACT boasts some pretty impressive claims, but it is the only product I know of that can actually back those claims up. I was advised by my dentist about 7 or 8 years ago to use ACT, and in those years I have not had a single cavity! In fact, my teeth have strengthened and become far less sensitive to hot and cold.

All you need to do is rinse for 1 minute, once a day, and that's it! One rinse after brushing before you go to bed is all you need for a cleaner and more effective oral hygiene habit. It has a dispense cap for the recommended dosage, so that you don't overuse/underuse the product. The mint taste is very refreshing, and the rinse leaves your mouth feeling clean and cool. ACT is also available in Cinnamon and 'Icy Blue'. I prefer the Mint flavor because I find the Cinnamon flavor to be too artificial. I have yet to try the Icy Blue flavor, but flavoring aside, this is a fluoride product that actually does what it is supposed to do, and then some.

Your teeth aren't complete without ACT in your hygiene habits. I HIGHLY recommend a combination of Listerine/Brushing in the morning, afternoon and after dinner, then finishing the night off with a thorough brushing and a rinse with ACT. You will see the difference a little bit of fluoride can make.

I've been using Reach Act Fluoride Rinse for about 2 weeks now and really like it. It has a mild mint flavor that isn't too strong. We have well water so I feel it's important to use a fluoride rinse and this product has been wonderful. I especially like the built-in measuring cup -- always have the exact amount you need. I'll recommend this product highly to all of my friends and family.
