Flexible and didn't have any breaking issues installing, could have been wider, only about 1/2 wide but still easily covers the spoke screws, gotta put something over it and this worked fine.

didn't snap or break while putting them on. super cheap. super fast.

If your looking at these, do not buy them. I'm pretty new to bike maintenance and repair, and didn't know better. These things will rip and fall apart before you even get them on your rims, as mine did. I ended up just getting some Zefal rim tape from Amazon, which worked beautifully. Save yourself the time and hassle, and just get cloth tape to start with. It wasn't worth my time to return them for the price. As far as the company goes I did get them rather quickly, so I have nothing against them.
