Frist off all the hardware was missing. I emailed the place I purchased it from and they were going to get me the hardware. Followed up a few times, nothing. It was inexpensive so I deceided to go to the hardware store and find something that works. I did but the rack is cheap poor quality. I am going to try to return it. There are better ones out there that are less money.
