Some of the Casio keyboards that require an AD-5 adapter require an 850mA adapter...this one is 800mA and will either not work or might damage your keyboard. If your keyboard says 12vdc 850mA, don't use this one.

Bought this product at BB to replace a lost AC adapter for a Casio LK-30. Advertised to replace the Casio AD-5 adapter. Connection is too large for my keyboard, .....thus it doesn't work for ALL Casio Keyboards that use an AD-5 adapter.

The plug does not fit! I bought it because it says on the box that it replaces Casio AD-5 Adapter. I have a Casio WK110 Keyboard.

The first time I got the plug, it got stuck and actually ripped off from the adapter. My keyboard now has been stuck with a broken plug and I can't take it out. Now it's useless! Bad brand, horrible quality, do not buy this, you'll end up ruining your keyboard.

Doesn't work with the Casio CTK 2100 either. The manual called for an "AD-5 AC Adapter", and this product bills itself as an AD-5 AC Adapter for Casio keyboards, which is the kind of misinformation that has made finding the right adapter for a Casio keyboard such a nightmare. Thanks to another review on another adapter I now know to match the voltage and milliamp numbers on the bottom of the keyboard to find the right one, but good luck getting that information either from Casio or Dynex. Makes me wish I'd gone with the Yamaha.

I have an AD-5 adaptor, and 2 keyboards that require it. It works with both of them. So since this was billed as compatible with Casio keyboards that take an AD-5 adaptor, it should work, right? WRONG! The plug did not fit, and like somebody else said above, almost got stuck, felt like it was going to rip out the guts of the keyboard. Please, get the descriptions right!

This is odd. The item I ordered was an A/C adapter not a coax cable splitter. The adapter didn't work. It was suppposed to be a cheaper replacement for the Casio AD-5 A/C adapter but it did not work on my Casio keyboard (WK-200). Hopefully, Amazon will correct the product name. I returned the item and Amazon made the return process easy and quick. I re-ordered the Casio version and received it on time and it works as advertised.
