I've been through a few bottles of this multivitamin and it is the best I have tried as far as ingredients and effects. I have previously worked at a nutrition store and have studied plenty of other supplements and this one has the most complete range of vitamins, minerals, and herbs a single vitamin can offer. For one thing it contains vitamin B-12 in the methyl form which can actually be absorbed by the body. The cyano (synthetic) for is very difficult for the body to breakdown and actually use. Another big plus is Saw Palmetto which is good for the prostate. Every ingredient in here seems practical for a man's optimum health.

One thing I want to mention about multis is when choosing one look for natural looking ones. A lot of vitamins I've seen have a coating that is dyed some pretty color like green, white, pink etc. While they may be more aesthetically pleasing and more tolerable tasting, many use fake dyes and titanium dioxide, more commonly used in things such as paint. I don't want that in my multivitamin...

All natural, no added sugar is a plus. More vitamins and in higher amounts in each pill than found in supermarket brands make this helpful supplement for low carb dieting and/or to counter what's lost in processed food (for you with the on the go microwave meal lifestyles).

These are some of the best vitamins I have ever used. I started using them about 2 years ago, and I can really tell a difference when I forge to take them in the morning. If you do the research, you will find that these really are some of the most complete men's vitamins, and the price is excellent when compared to other vitamins with similar formulas. The only draw-back is that these pills are huge... not just big, but truly huge. Since I am a rather large guy, I don't have any problem getting them down, but I could see some people having problems with just physically swallowing them.

I began using this product a little over a year ago, and I can certainly tell the difference. I conducted research for a couple days on just about every multivitamin out there, as well as looking into the companies and individual suppliment additives themselves, and this was the best from my analysis

I have had more energy and have been sick for a single day since I begun taking this product daily. I work out nearly daily, and I have also noticed that I am less sore and recover more quickly.

Now naturals produces some of the highest quality supplements on the market, this isn't your Centrum crap that doesn't digest and uses inferior quality ingredients to create their multivitamins. And at this price, well you can't really complain. I will typically order 3 bottles at a time to get the free Supersaver. If you want to stock up, make sure you do in the cooler months so your multi doesn't ship when it is really hot, they don't like extreme temperatures that happen in the shipping trucks.

There is a lot of other reviews so I'll make mine short and sweet. Has just about everything your body needs and a little more. Has the best overall variety of ingredients I've found and is far cheaper than other brands. I've felt great taking them and noticed an overall improvement, mentally and physically, over the other brands I've taken. The pills are a little big, and kind of have an pungent smell. But, as long as you don't spend your time staring at them and sniffing them your ok.

This is so much better than the one-a-day vitamins I was taking before. They are just as cheap and provide way more bang for the buck. I take them 1 time a day every morning so I had to divide all the nutrition info by 2 to get my daily dose but I think it is still enough for a day.

Folks, if you don't glean anything else from this review, know this: Vitamin D3 is Cholecalciferol. This multi contains NO VITAMIN D3. Vitamin D3 is the beneficial Vitamin D of which many people are critically deficient.

The Ergocalciferol contained in this product is not Vitamin D3. Ergocalciferol is something your body has to deal with, it's overhead and not shown to provide the benefits of Vitamin D3 supplementation. Ironically, the standard ADAM multi (as opposed to this "superior" ADAM multi) uses the beneficial Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) in its formulation.

These things are great, they have many vitamins and minerals and other nutrients, many of which are lacking in the big name brand multivitamins.

The pill is fairly large, so if you have a problem swallowing large pills, keep that in mind. It is a vitamin though so chopping it up wouldn't really be too detrimental.

They don't taste bad like many other vitamins, so while its in your mouth for that split second, your not gagging.

Will buy again.

I did a lot of research before switching to this multi-vit. Previously I was duped into using the GNC Mega Man, but after researching I found that it was overpriced. I found this to be a better alternative and at a better price. The ingredients seem to be inline, if not exceed other multis. On a side note I have not been sick with a cold or anything in the year and half I have been taking these. The suggested dose for these is two daily. Since these are not time release I take one at breakfast and one at lunch.
