If you have one of the original larger dark grey PlayStations, a PSX (Playstation System - Video Game Console) then you need this: Power Cord 2 Prongs Receptacle Polarized 6 ft this power cord works for you and should fit perfectly.
This cord is for the newer smaller light grey PlayStation, a PSOne (PSone System - Video Game Console) and works great. I have one of each and this most definitely only fits the small white one. It's a cord and works for the system it claims to, and that's about all there is to say about it. On a side note an AV cord that will work for PSX, PSOne and even PS2 is this one: Playstation/PS2/PSX AV to RCA Cable Now go play your Final Fantasy!
