A quality cuff with good markings to aid placement and to judge adequacy of size for your arm (which makes a great difference in accuracy).
Ease of use limited by being a simple wrap, as many are, rather than the style with a loop to secure the two ends together loosely - which is somewhat easier for self use. Amazon's description is not explicitly clear as to that this is probably just a cuff, requiring a bladder inside it (and note bladders will need replacing due deterioration with age). 2115|R1VD3P0NP4CLGV;
