I am an RN of MANY years. My old cuff/bulb wore out after 39 yrs of use at home (friends & family). It took me awhile to find a large adult cuff online but I finally settled on this one. It functions extremely well and does fit obese arms. Not so good for skinny folks tho! They will need a standard adult cuff. If made by the same company, will work just as well. Very good cuff for the price and appears well constructed. This one will probably last me the rest of my life.

I used the digital units for years but unfortunately was misled by them. One of them quick working and the other gave me faulty (LOW) readings. You can take your own pressure with one of these, you just have to practice it a couple of times. I was an EMT for years, so I didn't have issues. Well made, durable, and the readings agree with what I get at my doctor's office now. I'll never use a digital monitor again.
