After 3 try and fail incidents with other cuff brands, I stumbled across this cuff, and I am happy I did! This cuff comes assembled, and it is VERY well made. Simply touching this cuff, you can tell the quality level is quite high, and very durable. The gauge is metal, and very large. It's quite easy to read the gauge, it glows in the dark, so it can be used in low-light conditions with ease. I am very happy I bought this!

I'm an RN that is now staying home. My parent are getting older and I like to montior thier bp at home. This is a good cuff.

Looks, feels and works very well. The two types of diaphragms are very helpful. 5 stars.

With the aneroid sphygmomanometer, you can rest assure your blood pressure reading is accurate as the primary care physician's clinic. The quality is excellent, built to last and will long outlast all the battery operated self inflating home machines out there. When word gets out you own one, you will be out there, like me, still making house calls for family and friends.

I was a little confused about how to use this since I am not a medical professional. But after a few tries I can take an accurate blood pressure reading quickly and accurately. The unit I had used previously was "automatic" - easy but not necessarily accurate. What's the purpose for doing it at all if it isn't accurate? I recommend this type of setup if you need daily updates on whether diet and medication are successful in keeping blood pressure in the safe zone.

It was necessary for me to get an accurate blood pressure, and this item did the job for me. It measured up accurately against cuffs in the doc's office and hospital. Very happy with it.

This should be in every student kit for dental school! The most common mistake taking Bp is using a cuff that is too large or too small. This unit takes the guess work out of it. Combine it with as sensitive a stethoscope as you can find for noisy areas and faint pulses.

It works perfectly and will probably last a lifetime. Does not feel "cheap" and is well worth the money!

I am an RN and was looking for a sphygmomanometer like I had used for years at work. This absolutely fit the bill. My husband needs frequent monitoring of his blood pressure due to a rare condition that causes his blood pressure to fall significantly from sitting to standing and his medication doses are adjusted depending on the blood pressure readings.
