I ordered Adorn in the white can with red oval label as shown clearly in the ad.
I received a substitute. When I called to report this I was told that sometimes
substitutions had to be made when the product you order is not available.
I think this is outrageous and at the very least a customer should be advised
so that the option to cancel is available. The alternative is to try to send the
item back, and attempt to get Amazon to reimburse. This is a great deal of
work for a very small amount of money.
This is very discouraging for ordering on line.
