The filter gets moist,

Gets wet whenever I go through a car wash; the set-up doesn't have the same protection against water that the stock air box does. Whenever it does get wet, the filter drys quickly though. Has sort of a whistle when I hit the high rpms. Didn't notice any performance gain.
