Product Description

Designed by Pete Brock and campaigned by Carroll Shelby, this car was the first American GT car to compete successfully in international competition in the 60 s. With the SRT (Super Racing Turbo), AFX has improved the older Turbo car so much it may now compete with the Super G Plus, AFX s best car out-of-the-box. The standard Turbo traction magnet has been replaced with a much more powerful Neo version. Other nice touches include taller gearing, pre-bent pickup holders, longer contact pickup shoes, and tighter tolerance wheels and tires.

Boy these cars have improved since I was a kid.
These things SCREAM around the track and stick like nobody's business!
The set I bought came with Super-G cars but these seem to stick better and can maintain speed through the curves.
Great fun!

I love it!!!!!! Drives well, goes pretty fast, but don't buy it if any of your slot cars are red...that makes racing kinda confusing. (It helped me beat my mom in a race, though, so maybe there's something to be said for that...)
