5.0 out of 5 stars Postage Due! / Excellent Customer Service
The batteries were fine, but the seller sent them postage due! It was only $0.17, but still.

UPDATE: 9 hours after my review was posted the company called to correct its mistake. I'm now getting a 20% discount with my next purchase. I will definitely buy again. They made a tiny mistake, but their service was above and beyond.

3.0 out of 5 stars Read the fine print - Make sure you order Maxell Brand
I purchased a three pack of (10) batteries = 30 total from Snowvoice. The picture shows the Maxell Brand, but I received "Tianqiu" Brand from China. I have not tried the batteries out yet, but make sure you order from a vendor that states you are receiving the Maxell Brand. Yeah the price was too good to be true so buyer beware.

As for the quality of the batteries they are excellent and exactly as pictured. I'm a happy buyer.

Maybe it was just a bad batch, but these batteries are terrible. I purchased them to replace the ones that came inside my baby's toy, and they barely made it through the week [while the original ones lasted for months at the same rate of abuse]

3.0 out of 5 stars Free Shipping - Not so much, October 26, 2011

The batteries were ok. We had two duds out of 20 batteries, so I guess not so bad. The worst part about this product was the free shipping was not free AND I had to drive to the post office to pay the postage and pick up the parcel. The USPS told me that this is not the first time this company has done this and it seems to be a common practice for them..... hmmmmmmm

There is not much to write about button batteries, they seem to be good quality, the price of one locally cost about the same at a ten pack online from this seller.

The batteries arrived on time, but they were not from Maxwell as advertised. Maybe they will be just fine, but bait and switch tactics make me nervous.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not Maxwell brand, but works fine, September 14, 2011

I purchased these batteries from "Micro-Tools," one of the Amazon Prime sellers for $2.75 including shipping. Instead of the Maxwell brand, I received the "SE" or "Sona" brand from China. Still, the batteries appear to work fine, and as with all Chinese gray market goods it could be they're made in the same factory as the Maxwell batteries.

The bottom line is that if brand is important to you, then you could be risking that you won't get the Maxwell brand. But if you're just looking for cheap AG13 batteries, then these are a great deal.

I got this batteries for my baby's toy. They lasted 3 weeks and he didn't even play the toy that much. I guess you get what you pay for.

I recieved the genuine Maxwell pack. I took 3 out and they function well with the toys of my 3-yr old. Good value for the money spent.

The batteries come in a convenient 12-pack bubble card. You simply push new batteries through the backing as you need them, leaving the others air-tight for storage.

Price is great and the batteries work fine. The only possible problem is that they may not last long -- only time will tell this. Delivery timing was fine -- only a few days from "ordering" to "in your hands". The only other item worth mentioning is that the brand is an unknown to me -- its an asian brand that may be popular at home but is not well known in the U.S.
