Bore sighter,

This product isnt up to par for bore sighting. It does not fit the breech tight enough to provide an accurate aim point and does not appear to be correctly aligned. Turning it in the bore results in a shift of the aim point of up to 1 ft when sighting in at 25 yards distance using a bench rest. Also it fails to work properly. After rmoving the batteries twice, it then failed to make proper contact when batteries were put in and the end cap was screwed on the third time. It would not then produce a useful beam. I would not buy this item again- not worth the money and frustration.

I was hesitant to buy this laser because there were no reviews and it was the cheapest available. However, it performs wonderfully. I was able to sight in my rifle even at 400 yards and on the first shot, the round was only off a few inches. It was off even less when I sighted in at 100 yards.
Why spend the extra cash for something that this one does just as well as the higher priced ones.

BATTERY LIFE IS AT + OR - 20 MINUTES.
THIS ITEM WORKS AS INTENDED BUT DRAINS THE LIFE OUT OF THE BATTERIES, WHICH ARE AT AROUND $3.00 A PIECE, TIMES 3 EQUALS $9.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was not expecting to get a 1 MOA rock solid bore sighter in this $20 laser, but I was at least expecting it to last more than one day. I was also not expecting it's zero to float 10 to 15 MOA depending on how the brass casing was rotated in the chamber. If you turned the case in the chamber you could see the laser dot float all over the place, making precision sighting impossible.
If you have a rifle that is completely off the paper when you pull the trigger, then this might help you get it on the paper. But if you are hoping as I was, to accurately dial in your rifle without wasting a lot of expensive ammo, then don't bother with this. Just spend the $20 you would have spent on this on a box of ammo and sight your rifle the old fashioned way. In this item's defense I don't know for sure if it was the batteries that only lasted one trip to the range or if the unit itself broke. Either way I'm not spending $10 on batteries to try and get it working again when the thing would not even hold zero in the first place. Executive Summary: This item is not worth your time, do not buy.

I got this put it in my AR-15 and it worked, for about 2 min's then dead changed batteries same thing worked for about 2 min's then dead. Don't buy this just give your money away instead of wasting it with this piece of crap. Go to the range and sight in your gun this is no good

When I receieved this item I went right to my gun safe and tried it out with a .223 weapon. The laser worked great for about 10 minutes, then dimmed drastically. After checking the batteries I couldn't get the laser to stay bright. I bought replacement batteries and it has worked great since then. I contacted NORCO and they agreed to send me an extra set of batteries. I have not received them yet - 3 weeks later.

This Laser sighter works great. However i now kn ow why some cost 50 dollars and some cost 10 dollars. DOnt get me wrong it works great i had one that cost 50 and traded up the only downside is getting it into the breech and pulling it out. Expensive ones can be loaded through the magazine and turn on automatically via the firing pin. This one had to be turned on and loaded through the evac port, to take it out you have to shake it out. More expensive brands can be unloaded as you would a live round. Otherwise it does the job and saved me more money in ammunition than it costs.
