All-in-all a great scope if you don't want to go too far out there.

Sometimes "cheap" optics are exactly that, and sometimes they are pretty dang good. I ordered a second one of these because it is great! I have been wanting a Vortex Viper for a while but the price tag kept me away. While I wish the AIM scope was 1-4x instead of 1.5-4x, it is still amazingly clear, solid and holds zero.

I have one on my Ar15 in 6.8MM. Loads are at 2300 fps. with a 115 Gr. slug. Triple Shock works well on White Tail, and Pig.
Very quick on target and holds ZERO well.
I'm going to put this one on my M1A and see how it works. Loads are around 2600 fps. The same as 223 round. All I have to do is find a 400 or 500 round range to see how good it really is. I know that it works out to 200 yards on the 6.8. Smacked a pig at that range. Just put the chevron on top of its head and down it went. Scope set at 100 yards.
Batteries hold up well. Left it on all night and used it all day and they are still going strong. Even with out the lighted sights you still have a great sight.

This is an amazing scope for a rifle if you want to go up to 150 yards. Its short range 1.5x magnification allows you to aim at something close while the 4x will help you get out there. Illumination is amazing on all 3 colors, they are very vibrant and illuminate the sight well. Adjustments are easy to make since it makes clicks and you can feel it when you turn the knob, once you are done making adjustments you can tighten it down so it doesn't move when you bump something. All-in-all a great scope if you don't want to go too far out there. Oh, and I use this on my AR-15, it fits well on the picatinny rails but make sure to tighten down the screws well or the scope might move forward or backward a bit on the rails.

I'm giving this a four star rating just because there are nicer scopes out there. That being said, this scope is pretty legit. I mounted it on an AR Carbine. I sighted it in pretty easily, the colored reticule is bright and easy to see. It's also pretty easy to see with the reticule lights off, so it operates pretty well even when the batteries die. The scope stays sighted in clip after clip which was my biggest concern due to it's affordable price. I've tested it out pretty well and my conclusion is that this is an awesome scope for the cash they're asking.

I was not expecting the quality I received with this scope. I got the etched 3/4 circle reticle. The glass is very clear, no brush mark haze in sunny conditions. It favors on the heavier side in weight, which I don't mind because the optic and reticle outweigh the actual weight. You get more than a 90.$ optic. It holds zero and I reduced the weight by using my larue mount.
