UNBEATABLE VALUE AND QUALITY !!!,

As a gunsmith and active shooter I have opportunity to shop for rings and bases on a regular basis. These tactical rings are an unbeatable value, they are much heavier than I thought they would be, and the fit and finish is outstanding. These rings are comperable to rings costing 5 to 10 times more, and offer features not found on much more expensive rings. Being able to switch from 1 inch to 30MM scope tube sizes make these very versatal, and the fact that you can change scopes with out removeing the rings from the base allow you to keep the exact same zero. In use these rings are esentially recoil proof. They have stood up to several thousand rounds of 7.62X39 ammunition and a couple hundred rounds of .338 Winchester Magnum as well. Never moved or came loose (hint: use red locktite thread locker when installing the rings to the bases and tighten securely) through the abuse of all this shooting. The rings are finished in matte black, made of aluminum with steel inserts, and utilize 4 allen head screws per cap. They are exceedingly strong. If you are looking for high tactical rings for your rifle look no further than Amazon.com and these rings. You will be satisfied!!

I purchased these for a scope for my Rifle when I purchased a new scope which did not come with mounting rings. Very rugged construction and easy to install. Should work for any rifle with picantinny / weaver mounting rails and scopes with 1" diameter tubes.

This is a good buy for the money, but they are made of aluminum and you have to be careful not to over tighten the screws.

Replaced my original scope rings with these as they are about an inch taller. My scope was too low and made it challenging to pull back the hammer. These raised it perfectly. The hardware seems very solid and well crafted. If anything, as this is a 308 rifle, I am putting some thread lock on the screws and nuts to keep them from vibrating loose.

Ex-High great price, just what I needed for one of my rifles. I would buy again, however they are a little heavy for what they are.

Very blocky and heavy! Would be much better if they shaved some weight off by rounding off all the corners and adding some curves and tapers to it. Perfect height for scope on AR rail without using a riser, though.

I should have known better when I saw the price. I just needed something quick for a 10-22. This would have been OK but I found it too bulky. The nut and screws were crudely finished. I found myself investing in some other rings instead. This would be good for a pellet gun or .22 but nothing more. I plan to use these on some other project that does not involve serious use. I am a shooter who has been in the hobby for over 30 years.
