AIR Wick Freshmatic Ultra Automatic Spray with 3 Refill Sprays

This is a perfect automatic freshener for the bathroom. I've tried other kinds of fresheners, and this is the best solution I've found. You can have it set to spray at 9, 18 or 36 minute intervals. I have it set at 36 minutes and it keeps the bathroom smelling clean constantly, even with it being set at the longest interval between sprays.

When you walk into the bathroom, you can notice the "Fresh Waters" smell instantly, but it isn't overpowering at all, just a pleasant freshness. You can also push the button for an extra spray if desired.

I haven't tried it in a larger room, so just one might not be enough, but for a smaller room like the bathroom, one is just perfect.

The batteries are included, and I'm going to try the "Spring Blossoms" scent next. I'm going to buy another one for our extra bathroom, where the kitty litter box is.

I'm really glad I finally found something where you can actually smell the fragrance when you walk in. With the different time settings you can customize it to the amount of freshness that you'd like.

My favorite part though, is that I know that the bathroom will always smell fresh if an unexpected visitor comes by.

I was first introduced to this product when I went to visit my Mother. She has one in her living room and it was really a plesent smell when I walked in. So I purchased one for my living room, but I found that it didn't work so well. The size of the room is a major factor. My living room is much larger and has a high ceiling. My daughter was wanting one, so I just moved it into her room. My husband and I had been talking about how her room was begining to smell like a locker room. It works great in her room, I have had to turn it on the lower setting, the high setting was too overwelming. Her room is about 12' x 12', so it works great for a room that size. She really enjoys the 'Fresh Waters' fragence. I placed the Air Wick-Freshmatic on a tall shelf in the her room. It will spritz every few minutes, so if it is on a desk or at eye level it could spray you in the face. Overall, this product is an affective way of keeping a room smelling fresh, and at a price that isn't too bad.

I bought two of these a few days ago: I put one in the kitchen and one in the hallway.
You can set the automatic timer on them for 9, 18, or 36 minutes.
After just one day, my apartment smells so much better! I keep them both set on 36 minute intervals. It's not overpowering, and it covers up any smells from cat litter, stale air, etc.
I highly recommend them.
Could also be good for garages or areas where trash is kept until taken to the dump.

I installed this sprayer on my family room to replace those plug ins. However even on the 9 minuts seting it does not make a difference on the way my home smell. I will try using OZIUM spray refils.

This little thing works great! My mother and I both got one for our homes, and we have both been very happy with the scent. I put mine near our litter boxes and it really makes the room smell nice...the only issue is that it sprays when you least expect it, and now we have a running joke about how it terrorizes us! My mother has moved hers a few times because the 'whooshing' sound it makes when it sprays was making her jump out of her skin every time she walked by it. I have also been startled, and my boyfriend almost fell into the litter boxes when it scared him last night :) Don't let this put you off buying the freshener; instead, just make sure you put it where you can see it so you don't wet your pants when it goes off in the dark!

I think this product is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! It has different intervals to set the product to spray and goes as quickly as every 8mins! It's easy to set up with the nozzle facing THROUGH the hole and has a button to press for a burst of freshness! I prefer the 'fresh water' cartridge at the moment as it smells like dryer sheets and brightens up the mood in the house. My only issue with this product, however, is that it makes a little noise when it goes off and the noise startles me as it's loud enough to sound like something stirring around the house but then is gone as quickly as it started -- until the next time! I can't wait for the cartridge to run out so I can try one of the others! Definitely recommended!

I HAVE USED ALL MAJOR BRAND AIR FRESHENERS AND THIS IS THE BEST BY FAR.

THEY LAST FOR 2 MONTHS AND OVER THE LONG TURN THEY ARE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE.

I PURCHASED 3 AIR WICK FRESHMATIC ULTRA 1+3 AND WILL CONTINUE TO BUY REFILLS. ALL THE SCENTS ARE NICE AND NOT OVER POWERING...MY FAMILY IS VERY SENSITIVE TO STRONG SCENTS BUT THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT BOTHER US AT ALL.


+++UPDATE--7/3/09--I JUST ORDERED 3 MORE FOR GIFTS ... VERY GOOD ROOM FRESHENER

I love my Freshmatic. It keeps the room smelling fresh without being overpowering. It scared me a couple times at night when I was home alone and hearing it spray. I thought someone else was in the house. I'm used to the sound now though. Just wish the refills were cheaper.

went through the bottles in two weeks and did not smell anything different. I had it for a small office and was upset that it didnt work.

I have 3 of these and they work great. This pack with dispenser and 3 refills is a great deal.

I recommend always getting the dispenser with the quick-spray button, sometimes you need an instant freshening boost (litter box, bathroom). I bought a Lysol dispenser that doesn't have that, it's going back to Target.

Target, btw, has AirWick refills at a pretty good price.

I also bought a smaller AirWick dispenser at an outlet store, very cheap, but it uses the tiny little 0.8 oz bottles, which cost nearly the same as these big 6.17 oz cans. So don't make that mistake! Check the cost of consumables, that's where they get you (like inkjet printer ink).
