This coat arrived packed into a tiny box--so it was wrinkled and dirty; it also had hair (someone else's) on it. The coat itself was poorly made--button holes not fully cut out, cheap lining, cheap fabric, etc. I've returned it and will not be ordering anything from AK on line in the future.
