This product seems to be of good quality [though I'm not an expert at all when it comes to knowing wood bokkens]. Shipping took a while, and only received one item when I ordered 2. I messaged them about this problem and they were very willing to fix it with no questions asked, sending me a second much faster than I received the first. I give them credit on being able to work to resolve any issues and providing a quality product.

Product will be used in my aikido classes, and I am glad that I purchased it. Also, item was promptly delivered.

Have used this for Kum Do practice for two and a half years with no problem.

I didn't expect an exceptional bokken at this price but this one surprisingly is. It's made from good, solid wood and the surface is very smooth, error free. It has great feel and weight. I use it to practice kenjutsu, sparring heavily with my friend and it has yet to show any damage. The swing feels great and the impact feels solid, but the sword shows no relent. Make no mistake, it will break in time, but it will serve you for long enough. Get this one for training.

Overall it is what it's advertised to be, a white oak bokken. It had a crack about 3-4 inches long just above where the rubber tsuba attaches going with the grain. Also there was a dent on one side near the tip. Looks like it was dropped before shipping or something. I'm not using this to train in a dojo, just to get some extra practice in at home otherwise I'd have sent it back for an exchange/refund. Also it came in a box about the size of a 52 inch plasma TV, seems kind of wasteful. Maybe they just ran out of normal boxes and wanted to ship it ASAP? Not really a complaint just comment. Overall for the price I'm ok with it, if I was using this to practice in a dojo I'd be upset with the quality, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't last long with the crack in it. I've broken a white oak jo before, but never a bokken so I'm not sure.

I ordered two bokken and received them exactly as scheduled. They were exactly the same size, perfectly strait, and a good weight. I haven't sparred with them yet, but they held up striking a 4x4 beam pretty well. Didn't even dent it. Before someone comments that you're not supposed to spar with bokken, yes you are. If your bokken doesn't stand up to it, you bought a bad bokken. This feels more sturdy than most bokken i've used, and I've never broken one in full force.

I really like my White Oak Bokken. It seems to be heavier and a little thicker than my brother's other wooden Bokken. I don't test its strength for sword fighting oftenl, but it seems to hold up well. I also like the looks of the white oak compared to the black paint of other swords. I am definitly happy with my choice.

I definitely give credits for fast delivery. Weight is definitely heavy. The sword itself is long just right. If you watched Last Samurai, it is very similar to the ones they used in the practice fighting.

I ordered two. One is a little (just little) lighter than another. That another one is whiter than another one (naturally, it's the real heavy wood). Both looks like hands made as they're not exactly the same. Great! The wood lines on both are very natural and sexy with little green color. The smell of wood is really nice. The curve of the sword is just like in the picture. And what's best is there is no single little piece of wood sticking out to hurt your hands. :)

Although it made from China, but the quality is still great. Heavy, long, and looks just right.

i think its a pretty good bokken i give it a four only because the handgaurd didnt fit that well but you dont really need that

this is actually prettyy good like the bokken itself looks beautiful and is well made not really sure how strong it so im not really going to use it for sparring training or anything but just for a alone training i think by far this is one of the best feeling bokkens i had so far
