These for the money in my opinion are the finest headphones available. PERIOD! I owned the recording studio standard AKG 240 for years.... and these far surpass the 240's for transparency, headroom, soundstage, depth, tight bass and more. ***Now if you are wanting to color up your music with the BIG BOOM license plate shaking sound with garbage music (noise) to tap your foot to? Go buy some Dre Beats and listen to some noise instead of music.
