I was skeptical at first because the description says "oversized tote" (which I didn't want) but figured I'd take a chance since the picture doesn't show it as an oversized bag. It is true to the picture in color and size rather than the description. It arrived next day. I got the medium blue and love it!

The reason I gave a one star to the Aldo Norquist handbag is because I was shipped a used handbag. When I took the packing paper out of the handbag there was no shoulder strap included. What was in the handbag was a used lipstick and a
women's ATM receipt! I contacted customer service immediately. Customer service for Aldo gets five stars. They were courteous and helped me right away. They said I lived close to one of their stores, and I could return the handbag there, which I chose to do. They ordered another Aldo Noquist handbag in the medium blue for me. It arrived three days later. It had the shoulder strap included, and it is in perfect condition. It is a beautiful shade of blue and well made. A great buy for the price. |
