This mirror clips over your rear view mirror and eliminates blind spots. There are other products that do this that cost about half as much, even here at Amazon. It's not clear to me what the difference between these products is, and calling this clip-on mirror a "system" is a bit grandiose. The clip on mirror comes with an instruction sheet. The idea is that if you align the mirror as instructed, you should only change lanes if you see cars in your rear view window, rather than your rear side windows. I can't imagine following these instructions without turning to check that I have clearance, particularly given that this mirror makes cars appear much farther away than they are in fact. Because it is a clip on mirror, and long, on my car it vibrates, making the image shake back and forth. This makes it harder to check the mirror quickly and take in what you see there. I think I would have preferred a mirror that attached directly to the car, rather than clipping over the rear view so as to eliminate this problem. In short, its better than driving without, but probably not the ideal solution.

I received this mirror as a gift and replaced a similar mirror that I already had in the car. An important thing to remember is that this mirror makes objects appear smaller, just like the passenger side mirror on most cars. Once you are used to this difference, the mirror really assists in making visible the blind spot on the right rear side of your vehicle. The other thing that I really noticed after some night driving is that this mirror really helps cut down the glare of headlights approaching you from the rear. My mirror mounted easily as a clipon over the factory mirror. I have not noticed any vibration or alignment problems as noted in other reviews. The one less than favorable comment I have is that, with this mirror, raising and lowering the visors is more difficult.

I got this mirror shortly after I got my license - and I definitely have no regrets. Great peace of mind comes with being always able to see what's going on behind you (especially with all the crazy drivers out there).
Basically between the mirror, the side mirrors and the corner of your eyes, you have no reason to turn your head anymore.

This is really a great deal especially if you have neck trouble.
It is also great for pulling a trailer.

This mirror is great. I get a complete view from blind spot to blind spot with no distortions or problems. I'm very glad I bought one.

I have nothing to compare this with except for the stock review mirror. Regardless, this mirror does a great job, and I'm beginning to feel I need it on all of my cars. I don't see any problems with vibrations - and adjusting to the instructions and smaller image is not an issue at all. Great product!

This attachment to the rear view mirror does not fit all cars. We have a Lexus and the car's mirror was too thick to accept the attachment.

Following cervical spine surgery, I found the most difficult / painful activity for me to do was driving the car, with the neck turning movements required for checking traffic, making lane changes, etc. This mirror has made a HUGE improvement for me !! I will NEVER drive a car again without this mirror to help me !! It is a MUST HAVE for anyone with neck problems !! It does show the driver all activity behind and along the sides of the car, with excellent clarity and true distance of the surrounding vehicles. It makes me wonder why mirrors of this type are not standard equipment for all automobiles, for safety reasons.

I examined some cheaper mirrors in stores before deciding to purchase this more expensive version, and find that this mirror is of far superior quality and clarity, and definitely worth every penny!! The clip installation is very easy, and I plan to take this mirror with me when I travel and have rental cars.

installed it on my scion xb looks good it really does help see way better than stock but my stock mirror never vibrated with just regular driving , with this mirror on any little bump or just driving on the freeway it constantly vibrates so what you are seeing on this mirror is constantly shaky if you know what mean... price was a bit high also i think 25$ would have been a more fair price.
