This is a GREAT product that seems to be hard to find. Thank you amazon.com for making it possible to purchase it in the comfort of my home. LOVE IT !!! In fact, I'm getting ready to order more ;-)

I purchased this product sometime ago and love it! I have been using it for probably three years now. It is great for the hair and I find my set stays in longer. For a while, I could not find this product in my area so I went to Amazon. There it was!! I will not use any other product but Alterna Enzymetherapy Hemp Seed Styling Mud.

This stuff smells wonderful, leaves a beautiful shine, and provides medium hold for texture and volume. I combine it with the Alterna modeling clay, which has more hold, but less shine. Since I'm dealing with a lot of gray, I need a bit of shine. I have medium length hair, so need a bit more help with lift and volume. I think this would work much better on shorter hair.

I have rather short permed curly hair and I use this to define texture and keep my hair moisturized. I love it and I'm so disappointed that it's not sold in Canada anymore. Now that my hair's a bit longer i mainly use it on the ends and frizzy dry parts. It combines well with other curl cremes, even with other brands.

I wouldn't use it in poker straight hair, it's a bit too heavy for that except for the ends. It's also not a gel replacement since it doesn't have much holding power. I love it for creating texture and messy styles.

This is great stuff. It makes my hair shiny and shapes it well, even when it's too long and needs to be trimmed. It's much nicer than the product my hair dresser offered me.

Thought this would replace a gel styler I've been using that's been discontinued (nothing new there)...and found it just OK. You have to dissolve it in your palm and spread it thought the hair. Seemed to make my hair a little greasy after a couple of days. Not bad, just not right for me...my hair is rather short and coarse.
