Computer Brain is a Scam - They Ship a Lesser Product,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

The gal I spoke to said they have not had this product for a while and so ship another. The one they ship has less PCI slots and Less USB ports, and a different ASUS model number. The Amazon image is not the product you will recieve. They will happily refund your money if you call, get the RMA number and then sit at home waiting for the FedEx guy on Their Assigned Schedule. When I suggested that they send a Return Adressed RMA envelope that I could drop at FedEx on my own schedule the gal said they do not allow that. Amazon is not vetting these suppliers, and while Amazon is technically not responsible for this problem I have now learned that I can not trust the suppliers on the Amazon web site. I buy on Amazon for the accuracy and the convenience. This was not accurate and not convenient.
