I have bought mine for $145 now it costs like $100, the 3 cores it's a really advange over dual core cpus, and by the money it's the best u can get, before you buy a cpu always ask yourself, with this amount of money what is the cpu with better performance? i tell this because of the quad core guys that say "better a quad that this bargain" of course... but a quad costs the double, i have this cpu with a nvidia 8800gt 512MB, you can easily overclock it without any risk to 2.6 ghz (as you have bought a +$40 faster cpu) it keeps at 65 degrees C (hotter than intel but stable), i have a double core with the same clock and with this upgrade i can tell that i can get at least 15% fps more in world in conflict, crysis and others.
