I have no complaints about the product. I bought it as a replacement for the HD in my Fujitsu U820 (U2010 in the European market), it works fine.

Replaced the 16gb ssd on my hp mini 1000(1030nr)and even under windows 7 this has greatly increased performance. Faster than the netbook was under a lightweight xp pro load with the stock SSD. Having the extra space is nice but the speed is a world of difference, really makes a netbook running windows 7 a viable platform. I do have 2gb of Ram in my mini, I highly recommend that upgrade also.
AMP does not list this drive as compatible with the HP Mini 1000 on their website, it works fine in my mini. I think they just did not upgrade their compatibility chart. |
