I have never purchased such a bad book. Who edited it? There is no indentation for paragraphs. I think it is an unprofessional book. It is not worth the money at all. I should have been paid to look at it. I love to read & read a lot. I have never, ever read such a poorly written, stupid book. I wish I could have my money back.
This book reminds me of somebody who thinks they are an author & is not. It is a joke. Awful ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR PROBLEM SOLVING AND PROBLEM AVOIDANCE
