This door anchor was exactly what I was looking for. I had bought some new exercise bands to use with the P90X program, but they didn't come with a door anchor. I was a little concerned that it was going to be too small (it looks that way in the picture), but it is definitely large enough and does exactly what I need it to do. It solidly holds the bands in place while I do exercises that replicate pull-ups. It is so simple and easy to use, and I am not at all worried about it breaking. It is also extremely fast to change the bands with, attach to the door, and take out of the door. I was a little concerned because the door that I was going to use is a cheaply made wooden door, and I had a mental image of the door strap breaking through the wood while I used it. Now that I have this, that idea seems absolutely ludicrous and I feel completely safe using it. It was also very cheap. Cheap price, good product...there's not much more you can say about this! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This simple little tool has become an essential part of both my at home and my travel fitness workouts, It makes fitness bands infinitely more adaptable to a variety of exercises and conditions. It's a keeper!

For the price, this little anchor did the trick. Works great w/ my resistance bands. i ended up ordering another one for my husband.
