Within months of our wedding, I knew I was never going to get any sleep unless I started wearing earplugs. My husband's snoring was deep, loud, and irritatingly sporadic (yes, turned out to be apnea). I tried a few other brands/types, and then found these. Have worn them every night since then. The beauty of them is how his snoring is just a background sound, but when something is wrong - with him, something in the house, an alarm that goes off - I hear everything I need to hear! Just a note: I wear one pair for 3-4 nights (putting them back in the cardboard pack each morning to keep them clean) and then toss them. Have never had an infection or irritation. They're a keeper!

These were PERFECT for my needs. I have to sleep in the same room with a VERY LOUD, yet sporadic snorer. The volume of the snoring changes from moment to moment. The noise is impossible to become accustomed to and sleep through due to the stops and starts in addition to volume changes.

I wanted something to block out the snoring, but at the same time I needed to hear this snorer if he spoke or got up and moved about, so I was worried about using ear plugs. These were PERFECT for my needs--they block out 99% of the snore sounds, but so far, over several weeks use, I've been able to hear the snorer if he speaks to me (or talks in his sleep) or gets out of bed and moves around the room.

These disposable ear plugs are perfect for my personal applications: riding a large loud mower, running chain saws, edgers, pressure cleaners and a bunch of other ear-wasting equipment, plus the occasional firearm "tune-up". The little "pillow" package that holds a pair of plugs is perfect: it allows you to just grab a few and drop them in your pocket, keeping them clean and separate until you're ready to use them. And the ordering/shipping process with this company was no muss, no fuss. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I have been using these deformable closed cell foam ear plugs for over 35 years. I don't know of anything better. I use them when riding motorcycles, when running race cars on the chassis dyno, when using loud power tools like chain saws, when mowing the lawn, etc. They are also good for drowning out background noises, snoring, etc. when trying to sleep. They are cheap enough that they can be discarded after a day's activities. Very effective, very simple, very inexpensive.

Perfect for smaller ear canals, can be scrunched down to fit and not put a lot of pressure on the ear as do all the others I've tried.

I have tried everything. These are the only ones that work (keep out unwanted sound) and that can be worn for hours. I would not be caught on a trip without them.

I am a light sleeper and my husband is a snorer (not overly loud, just enough to keep me awake). These ear plugs keep the sound of the snoring down enough that I can actually sleep soundly.

I'll admit it, I bought these because they were cheaper than the hot pink and yellow plugs. Well, after one night of using them I know why-- they are a bit rough on the ear. I thought they had a grainy feel that I didn't notice in my prior pair. It seemed like my ear canal was a bit tender after a night of use. As far as sound blockage goes they were just fine, now if only I could find a product that would block out the thumping sensation that comes through the floor when somebody with giant woofers drives by at 2 a.m.

I love these earplugs. I have used several different types, and these are the best. The slightly rougher texture help grip the ear canal making a better seal and keeping them in place. Inexpensive and very effective.

I've been using these for over 20 years, and I love them. I work a 12-hour day on a locomotive, and the plugs go in when I report for duty, and they come out 12 hours later. They are comfortable enough to wear all day (or night). In addition, they do the best decible-reducing across the entire range of frequencies that I have ever tried.
