A friend living thousands of miles from me emailed questions about her AOL difficulties. Hampered by my own unfamiliarity, I emailed her a link to this book AOL Simplified 3rd Edition. Their family's ironclad policy against ordering online, (even against having anything sent directly to them from an online order) led me to order the book for myself, in hopes it would help me to help her.
It did help -- enough that she requested I mail it on to her -- which I did. The hopes are it will continue to serve her as a handy reference, as well. |
